Extremely impressed with this company. They are very good at communicating and are very easy to deal with. Very efficient and I am extremely pleased with the caravan I purchased from them too :) we were dealing with Kelly and she was amazing to work with, it made our experience in buying the caravan great and we highly recommend buying from this company and with Kelly.

We bought our caravan (sight unseen) so were apprehensive about it. We live in Auckland so had it transported on a truck from Mosgiel to Wellington wharf so we could simply pick up and drive to Auckland. General overall condition of caravan was of high quality and the process was undertaken in a timely manner. Interior cleaning could have been better though. Had brand new motor movers installed by their workshop which was really convenient, but workmanship sloppy and of safety concern. Told them of this and supplied photos and they acknowledged that there was room for improvement. We ended up paying an auto electrician ourselves to tidy wiring and check that all was in order from a safety aspect. ‘Buying sight unseen’ process straight forward and they do offer to take photos/videos and answer any questions regarding the condition which is helpful. Once back in Auckland oven required fixing even though it had signed off ‘Gas Compliance Certification’ but they promptly organised a repairer close to my home to rectify this. Most of the after sales service is good thanks to their worker ‘Mark’ who has a helpful and proactive attitude by way of ringing to follow up to make sure issues are sorted. However service offered by ‘Kelly’ a little curt at times when the integrity of their caravans is questioned, or when the process ends up not so straight forward. Some apprehensions i experienced could have been dealt with better on her part. Overall impression.... we are pleased with our purchase and van is of high quality, however some aspects of customer service below average and the cleaning and workmanship could be better. .
