I haven’t received my dress yet as I only ordered it a couple of days ago, however customer support has been amazing. When I ordered the wrong colour dress they changed it straight away and were so supportive. The dress has taken a bit longer to arrive than expected and I emailed them just to see where it was, when I did this they overnight couriered it to me - no charge! I would definitely recommend. ️
Amazing service and support! I didn't know my size postpartum and the team helped with sizing online and choosing a dress which would suit my new figure. I had 3 dresses sent for me to try on and found the perfect dress I quickly got refunded for the two I returned and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful quality of the dresses at such an affordable price.
