I never do Karen reviews... but this was the worst fast food experience I had in quite a while. So, there were 3 more people in front of me, plus 3 cars in the drive-in. It took more than 20 minutes for me to get the food. First of all, their system crashed or something and they had to do a full reboot, which took about 5 minutes. And it took them more than 15 minutes to serve the other 6 customers. How is that possible? I counted at least 5 staff members. Don't tell me it takes 15 minutes to prepare a sandwich, which you have pre-fried anyways. But it doesn't end here. The restaurant was pretty disgusting (see the photos of all available tables). All that takes to go from 1 to 2-3 stars is to mop the floor and clean the table once in a while. In the end, the food was OK, but the experience was terrible.

Staff were wonderful at handling an unusual and potentially dangerous situation at the restaurant today. Food was good too!
Food was good. Only 2 staff at 6pm at night. I think I waited half an hour to be served. Staff were very good, apologetic. Looked very clean.
Not a KFC person but quite handy for may be the fast-food fetish.
I had heard good things about this store. Dissapointing to walk in and see a line of customers with no staff visible on the counter. Waited 5 mins without the queue moving at all then left without purchasing anything
Went for a walk in meal only one person on the reception he was flat out doing the work of 3people. Family infront of us had to clear thier own table. Can't fault the quality of product but come on managment hire some more staff 40 minutes waiting to be served is not good especially since they are main sponsor for the rugby. Will not be rushing back
The longest wait at a KFC i have ever experienced 45mins to serve the 5 people in front of me and it wasn't even a wait on chicken. Very incompetent here
Unfortunately while it looked like the staff were doing their best we waited in the queue out front for about 20 mins before being served. By that time the queue was out the door and we had seen 3 people give up and walk out. People in drive thru were fine so I guess the people that came into the store weren't a priority to whoever set the staff roster up. Typical KFC fare when we got it.
