Went in to get a replacement remote for our automatic gate. The gate was not a conventional brand but were able to get a replacement remote sorted. When I got home to test it the remote would only open the gate slightly. Went back and told them about the problem and without fuss tried a second time to fix it. Still didn't work and in the end Shailen even came to out my house after the store closed to work on getting everything set up. In the end after trying everything we couldn't get it working so was given a full refund without issue. Unsuccessful through no fault of theirs but professional service and care throughout. I have had house keys and a car key cut with them in the past with greater success. In every case the service is excellent and they go out of their way to solve problems.

Business 101. Ask what your customers want. Give customer what they want and charge for the transaction. Business 102. Convert paying customers to repeat clients. Earlier, I asked for a battery. I have bought here numerous times over the last 4 years. Today, sorry I cannot sell you that, I can only fit it. You can buy them in Countdown. A conversation etc on the stupidity of this… So you have them. Can sell them. But you won’t sell them. Only fit them. So you are saying I need to bring my weighing scales to you so you can fit a battery? Yes. Bye Bye. A client no longer. And a negative revue. May I suggest you change your business model, in case you go out of business. Strange times. Strange world.
