I just Lost 50. Worst service. They placed a screen protector with many water marks on it on s8 and said that the water marks will go away after few days , but it did not. I came back after few days and they replaced it. Water marks arebsck ON. They are not providing any refund either. A staff responding for my review in Google. I went back to the store asking for a refund. They took bank account details and promised for the refund, but did nothing for three weeks. Rubbish service.

I called the store to arrange for my phone to be inspected finding out it needed to be sent away which was fine. Two weeks go by and I receive no updates on my "ticket". After emailing, I finally get an update an hour later. Fine my logic board is dead and I lost all my data no big deal to me. However, the time it took to actually let me know it had been looked at took to long. I then asked the phone to be sent back since its a 3 year old phone and 250 for repairing it is not worth it. It took another 5 working days to receive no update. No updates and I just turn up at the store, what do you know my phone is there. Getting it repaired somewhere else for 150 thanks

phoned store and asked if has stock to change screen. promised can be done with in hour. wait almost two hours, nothing fixed, and told me that phone will be fixed by 10 am next day. Arrived at 11 am. Technician not even there. asked me to wait for another hour. Can not trust this store. Terrible experience. lie after lie. ........ please be professional

I had really bad experience with omni tech. I was promised to get my phone unlocked in 3-5 days. After 4 days they sent me an email and text saying you can pick up your device, great. I drove an hour from home to pick it up, but it wasn't there. The lady told me you can either pick it up from here in 2 days or get it mailed to your address. I asked if it will make it to my address by Friday (in 2 days) and she said surely. Friday came, phone did not. I waited the mail over Monday and Tuesday, without a phone. On Wednesday morning I called them and asked if they can track it so i know where it is stuck. They said it hasn't even been sent yet ?!? They said they can get it sent today if i pay it now online. Total was 10 dollars (delivery cost) more than i was told. I told them I don't trust their postal services anymore and said I will pick it up straight away, and I assume I will get a proper discount of the delay. She said she can give me 30 dollars discount but I will need to pay the postage. EVEN IF I pick the phone up by myself? She said "sorry in my position I can't do anything else because I don't know who you were talking to and what she said." etc. At the end of the day, the service what was supposed to take 3-5 days, took 2 weeks and I needed to dive an hour away on their mistake. All together I got 20 dollars discount that does not even cover up the gas I wasted, not to mention the delay that caused me problems. Staff in this company seem not to take responsibility of each other mistakes, rather tell the client that they can not do anything for you since they are not entitled to. Very disappointed and definitely can't recommend to anyone.
