I recently purchased the Cubicon Single 3d printer through Robert and his team at 3Design. It was great to get knowledgeable advice from experts in the field of 3d printing, and who stand behind there product. After using the printer for over a week now, I am extremely wrapped with the purchase, the quality of the printer over other similar printers i have used @ similar costs leaves them all for dust. I had done a fair amount of research and talked to a lot of salesmen from different companies prior to purchasing my new 3d printer and would urge anyone in the market for a 3d Printer to go directly to the team at 3Design.
I rarely give five stars but in this instance I can't rave enough about 3Design. Everything was easy, fast and the product was faultless. If you want the best then this is the company to deliver Best service, best price, best product - a total five star experience
Robert, Devin and Chad at 3Design have been fantastic to deal with. I bought a Wanhao I3 Plus from them and after about a month it started playing up. I later found it was one of the faulty ones, but they guys did everything they could to fix the issue. In the end, they sent me a brand new machine and so far, its running even better than the first one. If you are looking at buying a 3D Printer, seriously consider getting it from 3Design. Great customer service is rare these days and 3Design know how to treat their customers well. So, thanks again guys, I'm sure I will be ordering some filament from you in the not too distant future.
These guys know their stuff!! The were a great help with prototyping my product and producing a clean and accurate 3D printed model. With their vast experience they helped me avoid making some common mistakes which would've cost me a lot of time and . Thanks 3Design!!
Awesome service and store for all 3D printing and design requirements. Have flicked them a couple items to replicate and have been amazed with the quality and timely manner in which their team operates. 5 stars all round!
