I enjoy shopping at Bunnings . They have a little cafe with reasonable prices and that's a bonus as well as toilets which are nice and clean ,so there is no desperate hurry and one can wander around looking at a vast range of products , competitively priced , to find what suits your needs . However , it would be nice if more seating was provided at various spots as it is a big place and can be a bit tiring if you are an older person and/or have disabilities , and even if you don't, just to sit for a minute to get your breath back. They used to have a bench seat outside the entrance by the drink fountain , but it seems to have disappeared.

5stars. All Day Long. Every day. Rueben is a superstar. Naturally. He didn’t need to go to university or training to learn customer relations, it just comes naturally. He should actually just be “public liaison”. It’s service like that that makes it feel like your own hometown small hardware store that knows you by name and has got the time to give you the time of day. Well done Rueben, well done Bunnings. And dog friendly, wellllllllllll................

Good selection. Some areas look over crowded so can be challenging to find. Could use more handicapped parking. Very good customer service.

Obviously bunnings is well stocked and almost always has what you need but the staff here are super helpful and always offer great advice for building noobs like me. My current projects have been building enclosures for my guineas. There is no way I'd have managed without their great advice lol.

Love love love Bunnings. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If I'm in a hurry it's not hard to find someone to help you find everything you need. Otherwise we can spend hours here just browsing.
