A couple of days ago I had my first spray tan done here, (my first spray tan in 5 years) and I absolutely love it! Sacha also makes you feel comfortable while getting it done. It's a beautiful tone and will definitely be going back for another one! So affordable too! You just can't go wrong. 10/10 recommend xx

Although my piercer was very friendly and professional, both piercings she performed on two separate occasions were crooked. My septum was far closer to the front of my nostril on one side, and then my lip piercing was positioned badly so it caught on my gum constantly. She also charged me 10 more for my jewellery than it was advertised for on the website. I would go to Charm at Bayfair in the future but avoid the Mount store.
Have been here for my brows, I am extremely pleased with the results. Sacha is a perfectionist and it shows in her work.. I get compliments all the time. Have also been here many times for piercings for myself and my kids and always amazing results

Just had four of my ear piercings (3 helixes and a conch) done at Charm Inc today by Sacha. The service was so excellent! She made sure I was comfortable and well-informed with the procedure and after-care processes. Highly recommend Charm Inc, awesome service. Love my ear piercings!
-Booked in for Ombré Powder Brows, Sacha done an amazing job, make my brows look Bold and on fleek. We found some spots hard to get too, she done mean job covering up. -Also will be returning for any touchups - Very Paitent with her cilents and warm hearted personality -Clean store all the time -Highly reccomended piercer as she always does mine will not go to anybody else.
