Where to start... I was introduced to Debs at a time when my life was in a state of transition. My mind was clouded by outside noise and I wasn’t too sure which direction I wanted to go. Debs not only gave me clarity and direction, she gave me calm and inner peace. Not dwelling on the past, Debs is all about mindfulness and focusing on the present, acknowledging what you want for your future and teaching you or reminding you of the tools to get you there. Whether it be personal or career related she steers you in the direction that is true to you. She’s warm and welcoming and so easy to open up to.. Her peppermint tea is pretty good too! I’m so grateful I crossed paths with you Debs! Your an epic human Xx

I first experienced Debs and her coaching at a team meeting. With the mix of starting a new business and a busy personal life, I decided to commit to doing things differently and working with a life coach for guidance instead of repeating old habits. I committed to Debs for a three month journey and have learnt so much! There are so many many tools that I will carry into my everyday life from now on and am so grateful to have be in the position to learn so much about myself. I would highly recommend Debs!
