We just wanted to say Thanks so much to James Moore and the team at Volvo Mount Maunganui. We stopped in to have a look at a car last week and within 24 hours we were on the road to Auckland in our new XC90! The incredibly fast service and amazing communication made these guys so easy to work with. We are very happy with our new car and are very grateful for the service from this team. James Moore and the team here are absolutely amazing to deal with 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Being in the south island meant it was hard for me to drive the car before purchasing, but James Moore gave me a video tour of the vechile and went over the imperfections and sorted them before shipping me the vehicle. After purchase sevice is outstanding. Got in touch with James regarding an issue and he was straight onto it trying to get me sortes out ans back on the road. Cannot thank him and his team enough for the care and the support even after purchase. Will be looking to buy from them in the future.
