Gillian is an experienced and professional midwife. She is knowledgable and passionate about midwifery. Her calm and compassionate approach is reassuring and reliable. She will always give you her time and attention to answer all questions and concerns. Gill takes every precaution to ensure both mum and baby are healthy and happy; asking questions, listening and making thorough observations and referrals.

I am struggling to put into words my incredible prenatal and postnatal care. I came to Gillian with all the jitters and excitement of a first time expecting mother. Gillian's kind yet confident reassurances calmed and held me throughout. I never doubted that I was in good hands. The capable hands that took the utmost care of myself and my unfathomable precious miracle. Again I struggle to find the words that fully express the gift that Gillian was to myself and my family; so I will go with a simple THANK YOU.

Gillian's care for myself and our baby boy was exceptional. We felt listened to and well cared for. She also knows her stuff professionally and has clear, helpful answers delivered (literally) with such care. I can't recommend her enough! I'll be looking her up for baby no.2!

We have been lucky enough to have Gillian deliver our son and later our daughter. As a first time mum going for a natural labor, Gillian made me feel 150% confident in my ability to go through this process and feel strong and in control. When it came to the birth of our daughter, it was so comforting not to have to worry about anything, knowing that throughout this process we were in Gillian's very capable hands, allowing us to just relax and enjoy the process (well as much as one pushing out a baby can!). As my husband was arriving from overseas for the birth, we were hoping baby would wait, but we knew if he didn't arrive in time , it would be OK , as Gillian was there. That's the special kind of secure feeling she provided us with. We highly recommend Gillian as a experienced and committed midwife (and just an all round awesome human being), and when it comes to feeling safe and cared for when your having a baby, there is no one we would recommend more! xx
