Working with Kitchens r us Tauranga has been an awesome experience. The ease of turning my dated kitchen into an ultra modern kitchen was a simple and stress free experience, They were exceptionally professional and highly accommodating. Their kitchen installers were polite and professional and kept me informed throughout the process. An excellent job. So much so they designed built and installed a new wardrobe for me in record time so I could meet a deadline for the laying of new carpet. Sadly our experience with this place was extremely disappointing and stressful. The communication at the quote and consult part was great, but it seemed as soon as they had their money, they didn't give a hoot about us. I had to chase up just about all of the communication and when our kitchen was installed, they got the measurement of our existing oven wrong three times. The bench had to be redone due to some shonky measuring and throughout all this it was me who had to phone and chase up. Often we heard nothing but excuses and blame. It wasn't until we said we'd share photos on social media that things began to happen, but this was close to a month later. Sadly I am now hearing more stories like mine about them. My advise, steer clear or don't pay them until they have finished. We have a finished kitchen finally. I feel sorry for some of their lovely staff who knew nothing about our job and were amazing at trying to pick up the pieces and chase up the people who said they'd get back to us, but didn't. I hope they have learned and will treat the next job like they matter. We certainly felt like we didn't.

I had a kitchen installed by this company and I would not recommend them to anyone the attitude and workmanship of the some of the employee is not great. beware of finial payment before installation the work is not always up to standard and they don't admitt to their mistake. Trying to get something acknowledge for mess up with my kitchen. I asked at the begining of the process if any parts were coming from overseas and was told no. They were, they had to come from Germany.
