My experience with looksmart alterations has always left me feeling beyond satisfied. Numerous times they have gone above and beyond so do the best job and make things possible. For someone who has struggled financially they are always generous and kind in the way they help. Fantastic customer service! Great team of lovely ladies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Marie from Bayfair looksmart is the absolute best. She is an incredible sewer, she took in a dress that was too big for me, not an easy job as had a bodice top with boning. It fit me so incredibly and looked so much better. She is so helpful with everything even when I just need to send dry cleaning. Thank you so much. Won’t go to anyone else!

I found the service to be unfriendly and unprofessional, I went in to see what could be done to fix my leather jacket and was told they would need to source a piece of leather which they couldn’t give me a time frame on, the lady then went on to quote the price for the repair in a condescending tone as if to insinuate I couldn’t afford it. Unhappy with the service I received I went to Mt Alterations instead, they offered (free of charge) to stabilise the area in need of repair so I could wear it to an event this weekend, I will then take it back the following Monday to complete the repair.

Looksmart Bayfair saved my favourite Bomber Jacket. I was so close to accepting it was not able to be fixed and 'voila' back to perfect and within a very reasonable price range. My previous attempts to patch up was not worth the time when Looksmart did such a great repair. Thanks very much.
