Went in to ask for advice as my car head unit had an option for an AUX function but didn’t have an AUX jack anywhere in the front to plug a cord into. I don’t remember the name of the person I spoke to but he told me that there was actually no AUX in my head unit and that I would need to have one custom made and installed and told me it would be about 490. I then went on google, found a cord for 10 that plugs into the back of the head unit and installed it myself relatively easily. The guy that I spoke to didn’t even look at my head unit properly. Not sure if the staff need more training or they’re just money hungry but either way would not recommend.
