Classic public library, with a few spots to use your laptop or read inside. It does get noisy after school hours.

This library is 3 times smaller than in the city centre and because of this reason I could hear children yelling loudly all the time. It closes half an hour earlier than in the centre and the old woman who works there was not friendly, neither assertive and she was not speaking politely.
