Matt has been so helpful through his availability, transparency and honesty. In fact, I brought my very damaged car in and he was able to tell me within minutes if it was worth fixing or not. It turns out it wasn't, which saved me thousands of dollars and headaches. Besides, he also took the time to explain why and give me his professional opinion on what my next steps should be. Matt is truly a master at what he does. My engine light came on while on a roadie from Auckland to Gizzy leading to an unscheduled stop in the Mount to get it sorted en route. Matt was recommended by a trusted family friend and answered my afterhours call with a winning blend of calm expertise and hilarity. He came in to check my car out and get me back on the road in no time, and checked in later to check I was still running. He's honest, transparent and has a cracking sense of humour.
