Disappointing experience with Spark today (I store, and on *123) while acting on behalf of my grandparents, who needed SIM cards exchanged but struggle with cellular technology and can not explain their requirements. It’s important to remember that this their generation did not grow up with this technology and some compassion and understanding from Spark of the difficulty involved in this process for our elderly population would go a long way.
