Excellent experience at Specsavers Bayfair. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It has been two years since my last eye examination and there was only a small change in my vision. What I liked is there was no pressure to buy a new pair of glasses . I was told if I did notice any change in my sight before my next visit come back and see them to discuss options. There was absolutely no pressure or up sell and for that reason I would highly recommend Specsavers and will defiantly be back for my free AA membership check up next time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Specsavers Mt Maunganui, the optometrists are great and really put effort in to ensure you have the best experience. There was an issue with my glasses, no fault of their own, but they were very professional and kind about it and checked everything for me and have now sorted everything. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Always willing to help, can highly recommend :-)

Walked into specsavers as I have two young children that needed glasses, waited on the side for someone to see us, the floor was dirty and there were stains on the seats, I asked a blonde female staff member how long it would take, she looked at me rolled her eyes and rudely said community card holders need to wait longer, honestly it felt board line racist, she said she was the manager, staff called her Lynda, I walk out after that. Not happy, get it together specsavers!
