This store was great went into buy a waterblaster and knew which one We wanted, but the owner asked us questions and it worked out that we didn’t need one as big as we were intending to buy, which saved us over 200. He could have easily just taken our money and sold us the next model up. Appreciate when someone is more concerned about selling the right product for the right job and not just about up selling. Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, oh and the puppy was so very cute. Thanks for your help.

Were able to look into questions asked and provide information for me to make an informed decision. Very happy with purchase of STIHL RMA 443 AP BATTERY ELECTRIC LAWNMOWER. I mow a section of around 400m sq. and the mower does it fine, quieter than i thought (can even have a phone conversation while mowing, which is weird from using a petrol one in the past) Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely look at future transactions with this store down the line when auto mowers become more reliable
