Unfortunately Cotton On insists on using Toll as their courier service and they are the slowest and most unprofessional couriers operating. They mark packages attempted delivery when the driver runs out of time that day and turns around to go back to the depot, they don’t operate on Saturday unlike other courier companies or NZ Courier Post and they don’t update their tracking until after the event. I could drive to Auckland and pick up the items quicker, NZ isn’t a large country — your service is disappointing.

Good transport company
Large truck and trailer. Driver talking on cell phone and speeding through 30km/h worksite with workers close by. It's only a matter of time before a toll vehicle kills someone. They're all equally as bad.
Terrible delivery service.. good never arrive.. tracking doesn't work! and they dont reply to e-mails or pick up phone calls!!!!!!
4 days for tracking to show anything. Ring branch to find out when it will delivered, some time in next two days. " we are very busy", so am i. The tracker is a joke, only seems to be updated after it happens. Would never use them, much better to pay a bit more and get service.
We bought a 14ft trampoline from Trade Tested on Tuesday 1 May 2018 and was scheduled to be delivered today Monday 7 May 2018, so we phoned the Toll couriers to make sure that it will be today and they assured us that it will definitely be delivered today! So I took the day off work to be here when it gets delivered....and it's now 17:00 and no trampoline...phoned to find out what's happening and was told maybe tomorrow!! So not happy wasted a day!! WON'T be buying anything from Trade Tested again if delivery is like this and will definitely not recommend Toll Couriers to any one!!!

Unfortunately this is my only means of communication with this company. They will not answer their phone and there are no other contact details available. Useless is an understatement.
