I have had terrible experiences with dental treatment in the past but when I had no option but to go I booked online with the tooth fairy and it was new years eve. Well this was a totally new experience for me from the front desk to the dental chair it was just unbelievably wonderful so I have found my dental service and am more then happy to recommend it to anyone like me with a bad past time. By the way it was the Mount team. Thank you all I appreciate the kindness Michele

It was a very good and painless experience. Both the dentist and the receptionist was very nice and patient, and the dentist removed my tooth very fast.

The premises is always clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go beyond. Tom Urie is an awesome dentist and let's you know what he is doing while working on you, and is quite funny... If you can understand the staunch Scottish accent highly recommend Tooth Fairy Dental and Tom Urie.

I have been a patient of this practice since arriving in NZ in Sept 2017. I am very fussy about my dental care as I believe that being proactive towards your dental health is vital for your overall health. I used to visit the hygienist every 3 months and see the dentist every 6 months. Tooth fairy have said 6 monthly hygienist appts are adequate and a 1 yearly check with the dentist sufficient, as my dental hygiene is good. Of course I can visit anytime if I have any concerns. The reception staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The costs are reasonable, not extortionate. The hygienists are amazing, and adapt to anything you may have concerns about such as sensitivity with the water scaler. They keep you on the right side of dentistry! Tom the dentist is a pleasure. On the few occasions I have consulted with him, he is thoughtful, helpful, has your best dental health interests at heart, quite simply, a great dentist. So, I can honestly say the team at The Tooth Fairy Dental, Mount Maunganui, are spot on in all aspects of my dental care.
