Nice and clean with great entrance but lacking a welcome from staff on entry. High 5 to Caleb who will go out of his way to help. He's honest and trustworthy. A great business needs great staff and Turners can be proud of the calibre of Sales staff in Tauranga.

When you go there to buy a car, they say not enough cars coming in the country that's why price is high. I went there get a price for my car, they wanted almost for free. I have been suggested Auction is not great. That might there business model, I understand. Just for the other people don't go there if you trying to sale your car. If you buying its different story.
Had to search out assistance for information when asked the location of the vehicle interested in was told its over there then the turners staff member just walked off. Appalling customer service
Quick walk around under cover yard on Friday. Good range of vehicles at reasonable marked prices. Impressed with the 'luxury' cars on offer. Staff less than attentive, but when approached helpful. Store policy I suppose?? All and all worth a visit.
I went there trying to sell or even trade in my car but all that I've got was a staff laughing on me and not attentive at all. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and unexpected for such a renowned company. Disappointed.
Excellent service on the day of buying the car and fantastic service afterwards for a minor issue. Turners covered the cost even though it was considered a wear and tear issue on an older car.
