Drove all the way to Tauranga to get my phone repaired, was told it wasn’t covered , checked and found out I was . Can’t even ring and complain because they don’t have a phone line???? Cheers for making drive 2 hours , and spend the week holding my phone to charge it

Yeah there great if u want a phone that doesn't work and wanna pay 50 for them to send it away for 2 weeks why don't you guys just replace the phone that doesn't work when you guys are awear that these phones are faulty and a great tip would be to answer your phones to because sometimes customers wanna talk been with vodafone for 5years and I'm over it now time for a change I think.

I came in today for advice about traveling and topping up my phone for use overseas. I was fortunate enough to be served by Hadley, who sorted the whole thing out for me, explaining everything in easy to understand terms. What this guy doesn't know about mobile phones is not worth knowing! I'm really impressed, and very grateful for the excellent service. Thanks Hadley....you're a champ!
