I paid 10 to have a key cut yesterday, only to get home to find it doesn't turn in the lock. Took it back to have it rectified today. Now it won't even fit in the door! Will never go there again

Their staff member, who was also named Craig, returned my voicemail message in just under three minutes and made sure that I was aware of the callout charge given it was a late-Saturday afternoon. The job was completed quickly and the small mess made during was perfectly cleaned up before he left. If you're looking for a 24/7 locksmith in Tauranga - make sure you call these guys. I called another company (Locksmith Guy) before calling these guys, but they still haven't returned my call nearly three hours later. So definitely go with Zanden!

I had recently broke my key trying to open the boot of my car. Not knowing how much it was going to cost to get it out I looked around on Google and found Zander Tauranga. I went into the store on the13th of March 2019. I was greeted by a friendly worker who informed me of possible prices and a time to come in. This morning 14th of March, at 9am I went back to the store and it literally took seconds to get the key out. Glad I went to Zanders
My Nissan Xtrail remote locking stopped working & after visiting Zanden's a young man reprogrammed the vehicle to rectify & replaced battery in my remote in record time for a very small charge. - Much appreciated & thank you for your friendly helpful service & advice.
We were charged 20.00 for a basic key cut!!! Had to return because the key did not work. No effort was made to fix the key and instead told to bring in the lock. Had another key cut at the local mall (cost 7.00) and it works perfectly!!! Would not, could not, recommend this locksmith.
