My experience at the Sylvia branch was actually pretty good, Jaye and Aman were really helpful and effective to handle my case pretty fast and I did not wait for a bit which was great!

Went to the branch to make a really big transfer, the staff just told right into my face that they can increase the limit and ask me to do it myself, because if they do it for me, if something wenr wrong I could have put the blame on them, ok why would they open a branch and when the customer went in for transactions, their answer is do it online, yes so could I also close my account online too please? That is really nice way to tell your customers

Trusting the ATM Deposit can make you lose your money. So, the staff members can't help you immediately.

Terrible service, I just wanted to open an account for a child and got a different answer from every person I talked to. In the end, they wouldn't open an account for me bacuse they couldn't view the child (she was at daycare). Even though you can open accounts online, why does the child need to be sighted if birth certificate is present etc etc. Oh well, I went to ASB instead and it was much easier

Nightmare. Wanted to open an account for my son and they couldn’t do it because they said he needed a birth certificate however the website clearly stated that this wasn’t necessary. Wasted half an hour of my time arguing the point for nothing. Called the manager the next day and left a message which took 2 days for him to get back to me. Went to another bank who wanted the business.
