Huge store in a convenient location. I upgraded my phone and knew that it had to come from another store, which was fine, but the first two times i went in to pick up my phone (after id received texts to say it was ready) it was the wrong phone. I can understand that happening once, but twice???

Good place to buy quality products at a reasonable price. Good to buy when on specials. Customer service is not good most of the time. We have to wait for a long time and not get the service at times at Royal Oak and sylvia park.

I am disappointed by the treatment received from the ppl working in this store. One guy treated with me no respect when I pointed out that something he said about a computer was not right and I asked someone else to help me. It's not my fault if he didn't know enough about it. The other man he said he was going to help me and than another woman came in and he left me there without help and when I asked him the reason he didn't want to help me. I'm very very disappointed. Its so disrespectful and disappointing. I'm going to find the manager of the place and lodge a big complaint. I do no like the way I have been treated.some ppl would have not tollerated this kind of treatment but I decided to walk out and follow up on that later. I am not going to let this pass like that.
