This is my first time to comment on Google maps but I have to do this now. All lovely staff here in Sylvia park! They are all very patient and willing to help out. Especially Ana (hope i spell it correctly) just made my day. She is really good at it with all professional knowledge and skills. I went after for Dr. Martens shoes and Ana literally shared all the experience about taking care of leather shoes with me. She’s very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for spending time with me and I really appreciate this️

They have a good collection of shoes. During a sale i ordered two shoes online asics gel quantum 90 ,new balance fuelcell eco and adidas continental. The quality of shoes were very good. They delivered them within 3 days. Thank you.

Prince at New market store helped me out with shoes on Saturday, such great service and all round friendly/helpful guy- showed me a range of different options and educated me on different styles. The staff’s attitude was very bad, she act like I own her a million dollars. I was standing at the counter holding a shoe for a few minutes, she looked at me and turned her head over, the other staff tapped her arm then she started to help me. I tried one shoe and I didn’t like it, I hold the shoe with both of my hands and gave it back to her. She looks so angry and asked me to put the shoe back in the box and I pack it back into the box nicely. She grab the box didn’t even say one word and went away. It’s a horrible shopping experience, I have never been treated like this before. It made my day very bad.
