Went to Sylvia Park Spark Store today. What a fantastic cutomer service experience Naomi Lui was the wonderfull lady who looked after us. I say Looked After us as that is what she did. She put me on the best plan for older people and explained clearly and carefully what she was doing. We had come to look at a new mobile phone and again she looked after us. I cannot praise her enough and Ii hope she is recognised for her outstanding service

Terrible experience on boxing day. I went in twice because the first time they were busy and I get that, boxing day is manic. However when I eventually got served the second time I went in, I asked the girl about the iPhone 11 and she said they had run out of the flyers of the deals and didn't have the color I was after. Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted information to look on their website. What is the point of staff if I am just meant to look at a website? There was no pricing, offers no nothing available. Only a brief message near the phone that said to speak to a staff member. I ended up moving to Vodafone who told me about their deals and I got a iphone 12 because they discussed their deals with me like a proper sales person. I will never recommend spark ever again. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience. I bought a space talk watch for my son 13 months ago and the watch stop working, so I went there to see what was wrong the guy said it was no under warranty anymore and then I was fine and I asked what I could do so pretty much he shakes his shoulders...then I was a bit upset....so what I pay 400 dollars for a watch and one year later I thru in the rubbish bin....and he was with that face: yes whatever.... I started research if someone else had the same problem and yes heaps of other people with the same problem.... So the support of space talk told me that the warranty is 24 months. So I went back to Spark and told them to contact the support, so they did and took the watch to be repaired telling me the people who fixed it would call me telling about the problem. 2 weeks later Spark called saying the watch was there, so I asked if it was working and for my surprise they said...I DONT KNOW.... I went there today pick it up and surprise surprise...it is not working....
