Just called to get details for a weekend away as a present for my daughter's birthday. They were polite and helpful, directing me to the folks who provided me with exactly what I wanted and they were quick, too. They have great knowledge of the area, and of what is happening and the places to go. Always worth a call.

A good airport, for many the first steps on New Zealands ground. The people before and after customs declarations are all very friendly, the people of customs declarations and imigration themselves are also friendly. The airport is easy to overlook and parking is close by. Good hotels are nearby.

Wonderful airport! Neat and clean! Spacious. Good belts. Quick immigration. Bio-security areas take some time.

The outlet is small and located just near exit of arrival door/gate Auckland international airport. The staff is very helpful. They gave details in a relaxed way. Explain you things very calmly. They also sell at hop card and even do the top up.

Really informed. Helped with information I needed. I needed help with a lot and they did it professionally. They help with booking tickets for buses to anywhere in the country. Travel plans and tours. Help with easy access to a shower after a long trip and want to freshen up. You can find them just across from arrivals. The ladies are very busy and the size is very small. May need to be in a open place as there is a wait.
