Hello! I wanted to mention the amazing and just all around excellent, professional and top tier customer service I received by Brooke at the Auckland International Airport Travelx. She was welcoming, and went the extra mile for myself and another customer as she did not have the currency we needed and therefore had to go to the Domestic Airport in order to assist us. This was appreciated considering the current stressful circumstances, and although she might not know it, this service resonates with customers a lot as travelling can already be difficult enough time for many of us.
