They helped organize something that basically everyone involved had a slight to zero idea of what was happening! Lots of friendly, well trained staff that were extremely happy to help and give advice about kayaking in the ocean. Beautiful experience! Would definitely recommend - but maybe might take some time to reattend! Thank goodness we had the water taxi to return is what I mean!

We rented the all day Freedom Kayak and we had plenty of time to explore and spent the longest watching the fur seals at Adele Island. Found the staff professional and appreciated that they took water safety very seriously. We had a very thorough briefing of the weather and kayak conditions on the day before setting off. I would recommend these guys!

The wife, daughter and I had a blast, our guide moose (Andy) was excellent, we had a great time and never felt rushed but achieved so much. The whole crew and operation was professional and can’t recommend enough. Why bother going anywhere else

Kyle was super funny giving us H & S induction, informative and not boring we had a 3 days kayak tour walk south but as the weather changed on the second day and rain was predicted we had cut our trip short and hopped on the retrieval boat from Onetahuti (3.30pm) to skip the 3rd day of walk. In these 2 days we still could see a lot. Thanks Abel Tasman kayaks heaps for unforgettable holiday !!! Everything was so easy and you are super organised.

We had a fantastic morning with Able Tasman Kayaks, going with a bunch of kayakers who were dropped off on a 3 day trip, then continued on in this awesome fast boat, to tour around the whole area. Jack gave a great commentary of the history of Able Tasman National Park and eventually dropped us off at this gorgeous beach called Observation Beach. Super professional and friendly people run this company and they went out of their way to fit us in today. From here we hiked all the way (3 hours) back to their office. Next week a group of us are coming back here to do a days kayaking with these guys. I highly recommend them.

We did the 5 day kayak and walk, my second time doing this trip. Once again ATK went above and beyond right through the booking process, me needing to change dates etc and were always super helpful and friendly. Cant recommend them and this trip highly enough - gives you enough time to really see everything. and of course the park is absolutely stunning at this time of year.

Friendly and helpful staff. We did a Freedom kayak hire for a day. Morning was slightly cloudy when we started, I'd recommend staying close to the coast and paddle up. Don't tire yourselves out as we did, we tried to paddle against the wind and realised the island looks the same and we're not moving or getting closer at all. I'd recommend to stop at Watering Cove to stretch your legs for abit and go to the lookout point overlooking Anchorage. Wear plenty of sunscreen and insect repellent.

Had the most amazing trip on the two day classic tour. Kyle was an awesome guide who showed us lots of hidden treasures and made sure we had a great time (and were well fed!) A stunning way to experience Abel Tasman National Park, even for a non-experienced kayaker, would highly recommend ️
