Dreadful experience the woman who work there are rude and just revolting ! A shame because the guy is lovely, we wont ever step foot in there again.

EDITED TO ADD: After posting the initial review, Andrea quickly worked to remedy the issue. Although the package is still missing, Ahuriri Pharmacy has done the best they can do to make the best of a bad situation. ************************* Unfortunately, not good at all. I placed an order for a Christmas package on November 29th. I received no update re: tracking for the package until I followed up THREE weeks later (December 18) and was informed that the package had allegedly been posted December 7, eight days after my order was placed. The tracking information provided is invalid. Christmas has come and gone and the package never arrived. Since the initial email to Ahuriri, to which they replied same day, I have filed a claim with NZ Post for a missing parcel and have emailed Ahuriri pharmacy twice with no response. NZ Post is not able to progress the claim until Ahuriri Pharmacy provides them with shipping information which has not happened. According to their website, they reopened on December 28; today is January 11. I get the feeling I’ve been ripped off.
