I loved Janine’s baby massage classes. Janine taught us achievable massages at a time so we could spend a week practising at home then build from that the following class. I would highly recommend these classes! I am adding massages into my daughters nightly routine and I find the nights when we have done a massage, she settles for the night much quicker! It’s great! I can only imagine how nice it must be on my daughter’s growing body’s aches and pains to end the night with a lovely massage :-) Thank you, Janine!

Completed our ante natal classes with Janine over lockdown via zoom. The weekly sessions were well structured, very accessible and left no questions unanswered. Janine great on following up if you wanted further info as well as emailing and posting links to content both post and pre class. I must admit I really liked the virtual meet ups as allowed learning from the comfort of home and still got to connect with other couples who we will meet up with in future (as not originally from the area, was one of my motivations for taking classes in first place) Would highly recommend to any expectant parent(s) to build confidence and an idea of what might be in store with delivery and beyond. All in all really comprehensive and delivered with openness to the individuality of parenting approaches and views. Janines delivery reflects her passion for empowering new parents with knowledge to make informed decisions and her natural warmth and sense of humour makes asking questions and interacting on potentially sensitive topics accessible.
