I have been taking my animals here over fifteen years and never had no problems with the staff.My animals are well looked after and follow up from Petra and her staff are brilliant. I can't speak any highly of the staff and the service they provide.You are all number ones in my books,,!

Friendly and competent and always squeeze me in if one of our animals needs urgent treatment.
I was visiting Napier from out of town when my dog became really unwell. I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday without having to wait too long. The vet was on time, no waiting. She was professional, caring, friendly, knowledgable and listened carefully to the problem. As my dog is very senior (16) she treated her conservatively with just what she needed. The shop staff were also friendly and efficient. I recommend CareVets to anyone who has a sick animal and wants good personal attention.
