I visited the store on Queens birthday with my 12 year old daughter. Like me she loves clothes and collects vintage shoes. As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted by a scowling look and a painful "hi". The first piece of clothing my daughter pointed out and only lifted up we got told how expensive it is and that we have to be careful. She then proceeded to glare at us and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Even though the shoes and clothes are beautiful the customer service and welcomeness is shockingly lacking.

Super fun shop for vintage clothing and sunglasses I got 3 pairs of very fun glasses and the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful

This shop - is the best shop ever. I visited Napier a couple of years ago and the items I bought from this shop are still the most highly treasured I own. They have so much wonderful and strange stock, you can spend hours here and never get bored. A wonderful experience talking to the ladies here and getting to know them. This is a very special place.

If I could give zero stars I would, the lady who owns this store is very rude and has zero customer service skills. Store is cluttered and over priced.
