My Dad and I had 5 star service from our initial call with Sue, obtaining a quote with Mike, through to the work being completed by the team. They provided the most competitive quote, were the best value for money, fitted in with our tight timescales, were extremely professional and the work completed and aftercare was exceptional and second to none. If you want your job done right then look no further than Continuous Spouting and Downpipes. I would highly recommend this team and Dad and I will only use their services going forward.

Questionable sales tactics - I had a poor experience with this vendor. I was misled by the sales person who developed the quote who suggested that more than one person would be scheduled to do the work, and that it would take "the better part of a day". In other words, a sizable job. In reality a single worker appeared and completed the job in 3 hours. I was billed over 1000 for three hours of work and a few PVC downpipes. Completely absurd. When I called to discuss the issue the sales person became angry and banged on about "value vs time", and would not acknowledge that he misled me despite my having asked "how long will the job take?". If you choose to use this outfit (not recommended), I would suggest you request a detailed quotation that itemizes parts and labor.
