She was the only one whom approached my mother & I & really went above & beyond to make sure we were completely looked after from start to finish. My 74yr old Mum has never really been shopping & this was a real treat for her!! Allison, you made our experience so special, please take this as a personal acknowledgment from me. Very disappointed with customer service today. Went into beauty department and was greeted by a lovely girl whom was going on her break. Before she left alerted another staff member of my presence, whom said she would be with me shortly. As time ticked on and upon noticing the customer before me had her shopping bagged I still waited. It became very clear after hearing their conversation that this was not a job related comment, and as I had other commitments took my money else where

Great products and reasonably priced. Very happy to help with enquiries and finding what you need. A 30% discount wasn't applied to my purchase so be careful when putting items together expecting discounts.

My mother and I were served by the Manager of the store yesterday and it is clear he sets the example for his staff.
