Why am I unable to speak to anyone on getting registered for a tax number?I am not a citizen, nor do I have PR, but I do have a working visa.Went in personally on a previous occasion and have been trying to speak to someone telephonically today but only some robot voice telling me that the call volumes are high and I should try the DIY options.Well,I can’t!I have to speak to someone and then go in again.
