The arch is located in one of the grassy areas along Marine parade on the beach side of the road. It is close to the Junior bike track. The arch is quite large and has a circular, reflective piece of metal at the highest point. From the walkway it looks like it is an entrance to the sea. There are a few seats nearby as well as covered tables with BBQs on the walkways nearby. It looks like a nice place to sit and relax on a good day.

Interesting piece of art sculpture in Napier, New Island New Zealand. It was made to celebrate the 3rd millennium and it looks quite striking even when viewed from a distance. It is call Eclectic by artist David Turbridge and is certainly we'll worth a visit if you happen to be in Napier on holiday.
