After consulting with all local pool companies, we viewed a pool Mike and his team put in for our friends on a large section, and were massively impressed with what we saw. We had some reservations about how difficult it might be to place a pool in a tricky, tough to reach location on our property. Meeting and discussing our options with Mike, gave us the confidence we needed to back Narellan for our pool install. We also had a spa pool installed at the same time. With absolute authenticity, I am compelled to write a review in support of the Narellan team and Mike for the experience we have had across the whole process. Mike has never over promised and always delivered. He has shown a dedication to getting it right and doing so professionally and promptly. Worthy of note too, has been Mike's willingness to connect us with other tradespeople as part of our wider install, such as builders and fencers, and we have enjoyed positive experiences on all of those fronts too. The team on the ground were always professional and polite, working hard inside reasonable timeframes. Mike is also accessible, answering his phone and calling back if a call is missed. For us, a pool and spa install was not a decision taken lightly, but my wife Lisa and I are happy to advocate for Narellan, and have recommended Mike and Narellan team to other friends. We're proud of our Narellan pools, and see our pool and spa area as a haven for us as a family for many years to come.

We have just had our Madeira Pool installed by Mike and his Team, and to say we are ECSTATIC is an understatement. This was never going to be an easy pool installation what with our site and soil type, but Mike and his Team handled all of the council submissions and organized the underground sheet piling required by the council so that our pool could be installed. It was a pleasure to have Mike and the Boys on our property they were professional, polite, fast working, and extremely approachable if we had any questions. We now have the pool of our dreams complete with swim jets, interchangeable lights, and heated to a tepid 31degrees, and none of this would have been possible without Mike and his Team. True professionals from start to finish

Mike installed a pool for us at our last property and more recently has helped us convert our current pool from chlorine to salt as well as provide a cover and install glass media in the filter. Mike and the team have always been great to deal with, have been professional and done things on time and to a high standard. The pool and equipment supplied has also been excellent - we would highly recommend Mike, he's been a pleasure to work with.

We selected Mike Treadwell and his team after a lot of searching for the right company to install our pool. Mike was professional and upfront with all/any likely costs and/or logistical issues. He also give great ideas for the right location and positioning of the pool. He had good knowledge of his product and helped with suggestions for finishing the poll surrounding area. The pool was completed on time, despite a major problem of not being able to crane or helicopter the pool into position. Mike came up with a solution which was cheaper and worked brilliantly. The final result was we got an award winning pool (third place for a new install) we would fully recommend Narellan Pools Hawkes Bay for anyone looking to get a superb product from a superb and professional company as Mike Treadwell and his team have.

We firstly feel obliged to make comment on the last review posted. - The dialogue is inordinately detrimental in its castigation of Mike & his installation crew/staff. - In fact, we would go as far as to say, that the person(s) who scribed it, must surely have had an 'axe to grind', or was simply having a bad day. - My wife & I have had 2 pools installed by mike & his very hard working staff. - Both installs were a hassle free experience, carried out in a highly professional manner & with the highest quality tradesman-ship to the fore. I have had Mike and his team do 2 pools for me now . I have found them to be very professional in their procedures and planning . The council consents were all taken care for so the only thing I had to do was choose the pool and location . We were swimming within a week . I will definitely recommend Narellan pools HB to my friends and will not hesitate using them again . We have had lots of fun in the pool and plenty of happy family memories made .

Mike Treadwell and his team installed our pool. We were booked well in advance and then when it came to dig day they made it hard. We got passed, that and instead of using our own contractor we got Narellan to do it. They told us that same day they were going to deliver the pool to site. We had a consent and detailed plans showing the pool location. Once the pool was put in place my husband measured it up and it was well outside of any reasonable variance. He told Taylor and Mike straight away. When we later wanted to discuss this they were unprofessional. Their communication was poor. Did not give us a decent brief to start with to let us know what our jobs were etc. They told us they had a tiler lined up but suddenly when we wanted to talk about our concerns their tiler was too busy to come and lay our bullnose. We had to BEG to get another company to do it. They lied and said my husband signed a site location form which never happened. They knew prior to install that I had terminal breast cancer. We paid the deposit in March before we flew out to Fiji for a family holiday and then they kept saying through the process that they "squeezed" us in. Pay the extra money and go to Bermuda. I wish I had now. I love the pool, but I hate they way they treated me and made me feel. They even threatened that if we didn't pay the final invoice (because we wanted to discuss our concerns) they would call their lawyers. We paid every other invoice the day it arrived. Scum bags!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
