The Team at The Doctors Napier is so underrated. From the receptionist to the nurse to the GP, they all went above and beyond when I had to bring my grandad in to see a doctor that wasnt his own. We were both quite stressed and they were so kind to us. One of the best healthcare experiences Ive had, my grandad continues to bring up how amazing the nurse was

Soo poor and bad service.i really don't recommend anyone to go there.They don't know what they are doing and how to handle customer service.I had an appointment at4.15 .They made me wait for more than 2 hours saying that the doctor will come and do my checkup but there was no sign of any doctor...They kept telling me to wait for the doctor ,even tho he wasn't coming..At Last they said "Do you want to make appointment for tomorrow??" Is this really how customer service works?? really disappointed..NEVER GOING BACK THERE

I have experienced some absolutely shocking times at this place and some really great times. Have been in and out of the doctors with the young ones. There is a trick to not waiting hours and hours to be seen, and im not sharing it but since I found out the trick I have not waited more than 10 minutes... It would be a worse rating if it weren't for the nurses, they always treat my kids amazingly! Doctors can be hit and miss, I actually find the Philippino doctor quite thorough and awesome (might be wrong on his nationality, sorry).

Disgusting service, I'm not getting the support I need at this practice, anybody considering enrolling here should look elsewhere, bunch of unsympathetic dogs.

Whoever the receptionist is sorting out the phone services due to covid testing needs an attitude check. Came across as super snotty while "helping" me sort medication I was already aware I left late, and didn't need to be abruptly reminded about. I was interrupted more than once while trying to explain, and didn't appreciate the uncalled for tone.

Unknowing that we have moved back in time and need an appointment for all visits, i rocked up to try to get an appointment for a serious injury dressing change (which had issues the previous evening). The Earliest to see a nurse was the following day in the afternoon. Under staffed or over booked? The staff seemed to have plenty of time sitting in the waiting area visible to the queue of 10 people outside till opening time. Having to do it myself now fingers crossed.
