INCREDIBLE SERVICE, JUST WOW! :-). We contacted The Flower Barrow on Friday morning and spoke with Tracey to have some flowers delivered to a local resident as a gift (we live in Auckland). They were delivered within 3 hours and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with the flower arrangement! Tracey even customised the flower arrangement for us to make it extra special, amazing! I cannot recommend this place after being completely ripped off. I ordered 100 worth of flowers over the phone to send to a family member after their mother died. There were 6 individual flowers and some leaves sent out. Not 100 worth. After phoning and then emailing to complain we were completely dismissed by staff. I am absolutely gutted that I chose this company as there are many others in the area.
We aren't overly floral people, so we had no idea of the arrangement styles, or the flowers that would be available to us for our January wedding. We went into The Flower Barrow last year to chat/get some assistance from the experts - and on our wedding day a stunning bouquet, buttonholes, and some bespoke lantern flower arrangements arrived for us! They were absolutely perfect for us and our theme. Thank you Sheryl & Tracey for being a part of our special day! See you next time we're in the Hawkes Bay!
I ordered 2 last minute bunches of flowers for delivery mid/late Friday afternoon. An hour or two after I placed the order via their website, I found out that they had already been delivered! Never in my life would I have expected florists to be this efficient and prompt and flexible. The bunches looked absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Flower Barrow! I will be using you forever in the future and recommend you to all!
