I actually read these reviews while waiting for the phone to be answered. I actually agree with a lot of what has been said. The phone call I got was to confirm my delivery address, then I was told rudely to get the address put correctly on my parcel!!!. Seriously I did supply the seller with it, hardly my fault what will the driver be like I wonder???
Had my great grandsons Christmas presents arrive today not only did the lovely driver bring them to my back shed in the pouring rain she also organised a couple of other boxes to make room. You are wonderful Juney. Such a kind hearted young lady.
PBT has got the worst reputation as a courier company for a reason. They rarely deliver anything. If you do manage to get your package it will quicker to get the item from someone swimming with it on their back from China. The drivers are more than happy to forge your signature and leave valuable items your mailbox in a neighbourhood known for having not so honest people around. 7 days so far on an overnight delivery for an item purchased from a store 1 hours drive away. Why do your couriers insist on leaving items outside in the rain when we are clearly home and able to sign. 2 meters further and the box would have been under cover at least. The was no knock on the door and no toot to let us know they were there. Also took 5 days to get from Napier to Flaxmere. The only good thing i have to say about your service...you are consistent. Consistently terrible. How are you still in business. I have had computer components delivered by you in the past left out in the rain. my wife deals with you for her work and you constantly fail to deliver even a basic level of service or customer support. This company should have any business licence revoked. they do not provide the service they are paid for. And the very next parcel they "deliver" according to tracking has been delivered. I was home again and no parcel has been delivered.

Parcel sat in warehouse for 5 days until I drove in to get it myself. When I asked about my delivery the two office ladies gave each a knowing look like it didn't seem uncommon that parcels were sitting around undelivered. Found my item in a random corner in the warehouse. Reason it hadn't been delivered when I asked: "don't know," she said. Pretty lousy.
Recently had a parcel rerouted from the distributor directly to our home. PBT were the courier service engaged by the distributor. The parcel arrived at the door today after being redirected on Tuesday. Excellent service especially given the current situation in NZ. Thanks again!
