Working with Big Sky was a pleasure from beginning to end. We changed our bookings a few times due to family arrangements, nothing was too much trouble for Jacquie and the team. The whole adventure was seamless and all went according to plan, they had thought of everything, even down to the dining recommendations, it was a pleasure to just enjoy. The bikes and equipment was top quality and never missed a beat, even under some difficult weather conditions. A fantastic, memorable and repeatable experience I thoroughly recommend to anyone, truly a bucket list 'tick off' big time!

Jacquie and Susan were great at quickly putting an itinerary together for us and communicating with us along the way. They easily accommodated all our requests, such as swapping out a push bike for an ebike. The rest of the team we met along the way were also great, including Kathy, Kara and the man who met us with an e bike (sorry didn’t catch his name). Would highly recommend!
From go to whoa this trip was amazing. My daughter and I loved the Otago Rail Trail, fantastic bikes superb accomodation, informative side trips and precision pickups courtesy of our tour guide John. Highly recommend and great value. Thanks Lisa and Alina
Jacquie and her Big Sky Team are AWESOME. They went out of there way to accommodate our specific needs including disassembling and boxing our son's custom bike. Communication was great and regular and everything went like clockwork - they even ensured we had the best weather for the 4 days of our trip :). Thank you for a memorable trip!!
We asked for the bespoke (custom, one-way with car transfer) tour itinerary, and we got much more than we imagined. The bikes were fully equipped with panniers, helmets, and a water bottle you can keep when the trip is over. We also were supplied with maps, printed instructions and descriptions, and even candy to take with. Despite some changes we made to our itinerary last minute, Jacquie, John, and Neal handled it all, no problems. Very nice folks to deal with!
Jacquie and John at Big Sky took great care of my sister and I on our Otago Rail Trail adventure. From customizing the itinerary to amending plans when the trail flooded and it began to snow, they stayed in constant communication with us and we knew we were in good hands. The personalized touches of fun facts for along the trail, places to get water, tasty places to eat, lollies for energy on the hills, and supplies for the DOC toilets made the trip easy and a fun adventure to share with my sister.
I can't rave enough about this company. They were absolutely amazing! Everything was so well organised with lots of helpful recommendations. They were great value and really do go the extra mile for you. Thanks for all the effort you went to to make this an awesome trip for us.
