Will recommend to everyone I know! A comfy, clean and warm hostel for any ski trip or Torgariro crossing adventure (with transport provided). Tracy and Thomas really do make you feel like Family.

Hosts are very kind and friendly. Comfort, tidy and cozy to stay. Shuttle bus service is also nice.
Our home away from Home. Comfy, cosy and welcoming. With great facilities. Large entertainment area lovely fireplace. And the staff are amazing. Super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are warm, clean and tidy. Wonderful comfortable place to stay. Great for the whole family.

Fantastic hostel, I've stayed at many hostels and this is by far in the top 3. First, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Tracey is possibly of the most genuine and nicest ladies I've met, she made me feel right at home. The facility is under new ownership (Tracey and Tyson) and has been restored. The hostel is everything you could ask for. Kitchen, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, AC and a fireplace.
