Very disappointing to find my delivery at my gate in full view. This was a very expensive delivery and to see it sitting at the gate in easy access of stealing (the box clearly states what the item is). There was absolutely no reason for the package to not be delivered to my door out of sight.

Terrible courier service. A parcel from Blenheim to Nelson took 12 days. Was shipped to Hamilton if their tracking is correct, where it seemed to sit in a depot for over a week. Going by reviews on here and my own experience (this is the second) with extremely slow service, I would never use this company myself. Sadly for the businesses that use them, I won't be purchasing through them again either.

Have had a lot of packages delivered with no problems except one but they got back to me very quickly after I contacted them and sorted it fast. Much appreciated.

My delivery address is not rural, in fact it is exactly opposite a post office in a busy town. Yet Aramex considers this a rural address? Now when getting things sent here I have to pay for rural delivery. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just poor customer service. My delivery arrived broken to pieces. Within 10 seconds of recieving my order I opened it to discover it had been damaged by fastway couriers, I immediately left work and drove straight to the depot. I showed the office staff. They said that they would call me back..they didn't..several Emails later, and nothing. Do not use this company ever!!!

I received an email from Amazon to inform me that "Unfortunately DPD ran into an issue when attempting your delivery" I looked on the internet to find who was DPD to find others had asked the same question without an answer, so I started ringing around the courier companies to try to locate DPD . Finally I tried Fast Ways to find it is now Aramex, the lady I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful telling me that DPD meant that overseas items were forwarded by a NZ courier, and after giving her the tracking number it turned out to be Aramex and the problem logged by the driver was "a car blocking the drive". I share a driveway with my neighbour so my car was not positioned to inhibit their access. If the driver didn't feel comfortable passing my car there was ample off street parking in front of it, then they could have walked around my car to my front door! If Aramex's driver is too lazy or cannot be bothered to do their job properly I'm sure that there are plenty of people that could. The time that it took to go through this process and then the next day to go to their branch to pick up my parcel that weighed around 1 Kg cost me in time and money, a shame when their other staff have been let down so badly. would I recommend this firm ? NO and having read all of the other negative feedback I'm amazed that some of their staff are still so incompetent .

Very poor service and customer service when following up about enquires? Orded item from America, item was dispatched July (covid time) apparently item was delivered to my address?? No access to front door due to locked gate and dog on premises, so item must off just been dumped on road?? No contact from this company to inform me item was dropped off? What is your drop off policy? And because I am only asking about this now, there is no way we can find out who and where item was left? It has been too long according to office staff? Not sure why items get scanned for, or its too much hard work? Yes my fault for leaving it this long, but no contact from yous when item was left outside gate on road (there is no foot path) Not impressed and do not recommend this courier service.

Have lost two of my parcels between Auckland and Nelson don’t know how they loose it when it’s come all the way from America without a problem
