Busy little place, every time I go in the receptionist is always typing or talking on the phone but never too busy to help the waiting customer. She is very knowledgeable about the products they have and at finding a solution to your garage door problem.

We enjoyed superb quality and service from Doninator Garage Doors Nelson. Our old tilt garage door was accidently damaged by a friend’s car, the team replaced the damaged flashings and replaced the door to a like new standard! They tightened up the drive chain and the door performs as if new! Thank you team – You’ve given us another 20 years of use from our 20 year old garage. Really happy with the communication and quality of the work.

I had a door opener for less than a year. The bolts holding a lever fell off because they had been poorly attached by a sub contractor. Wrong parts were used the first time. The staff were responsive to the problem but that’s the only credit I can give. The remote is hopeless unless I am within 10 metres from the door. Meanwhile a neighbour can open his door miles away. I am told my remote is functioning normally. I am far from happy and wish I had used a different mechanism from another source but as a single woman did not know the difference. I would not recommend these door openers to anyone I know.
Had knowledge of the door opener we needed. Sold us a new one which we programmed at home. All good.
We bought a home with a Dominator Garage door and it started to not open properly, but on calling, staff were extremely helpful and talked us through fixing the problem without having to get a technician out. Extremely helpful service and great product.
