I want to share a lovely experience and reccommend you use them for your small repairs. I have been using their services for years both Nelson & Richmond but this was the best moment. This weekend my son lost a tiny nut from his tech deck miniature skateboard model. I figured to go to Mister Minit. When we turned up he was head down busy making repairs for another customers item. No he didnt acknowledge us but we understood that as he was busy and keeping in mind the items these guys work on are delicate and require attention. As he worked a number of people started lining up and i started to wonder if we should bother him with our tiny job. Anyway he finished his job and asked how he could help. I embarrassingly showed him the toy and asked if he might have the nut. He considered it and smiled and said yes he just might. Out came a jar of tiny screws and nuts and pliers and he got to work, it wasnt quick as it was difficult but after a few minutes he got it done. He asked if he could take a photo as it was an unusual job for him and was clearly happy to have fixed it. I offered to pay but he said not to worry. I will definitely use them again as i need a new watch strap fitted soon and its the only place id go. Thanks Mister Minit Nelson you made my sons day. Great service. Ive read the other reviews and "you cant keep all the people happy all of the time". Keep up your good work.

Michael was extremely helpful when I asked for advice about my watch. He ended up saving me a heap of money and had the job done within a few minutes. Highly recommended, also worth a visit to see his moustache!

My wife's watch was damaged whilst Mr Minit changed the battery and he denied any responsibility and was most unhelpful. Bad customer service. Don't recommend. \u003cTo response\u003e Thanks but we'd not have left a 1 star review if your guy was at all interested in helping to sort the issue out. The watch is already at a local repairers.

Horrible customer service. Was not able to get keys cut as the man behind the counter did not serve me. 1 star is too high of a rating for the customer service which there was not any of. I went in to get two copies of two keys cut. I went up to the counter stood right in front of the guy who was on the computer. He glanced up then back down. I stood there for about a minute before I asked him "should I come back at another time?" He did not acknowledge me or say anything. I stood there for another minute. There was no sign to say he was on a break. He never said 'Sorry I am having a problem with xxx and will be xxx amount of time". Just nothing but a glance up and back to looking at the computer screen. (Went to mitre ten and had great service)
