Have had a fire place installed recently and can say as a trades man they have done a top quality job. The fire place was what I wanted and was out in ahead of schedule with a very professional install. I am very happen with the service and install of the fire place. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic sales person, knowledgeable, wide variety of fire places on offer. Regrettably let down by slow service of submitting to council, of installing the fire place, and dealing with the council concerns. Long delays due to poor communication - the age of cell phones, remote email access etc. does not seem to have reached P&M fireplaces in 2020... Very slow in completing the job, incredibly fast in threatening with debt collectors. 5 stars for sales, 1 star for completing the job and communication with installation and accounts.

Called and spoke to Wayne, the "installer". This was my initial enquiry and thankfully, the call was short. Wayne needs to learn some manners and personal interactional skills. Patronisation does not sell and I'm going elsewhere.

Wow. This is a great place if you are in the market for a fire. Lots of types on display and the very best staff to advise you. Excellent service. Best in Nelson about fireplaces.

What a terrible experience! It went on for a year. Wade is downright rude and Murray needs to understand what decent customer service is like. Like previous reviewers, I'd been fobbed off for months. Calls not returned, no recognition that deadlines were missed to be eventually told that I should go elsewhere. Murray's explanation was that they were just too busy. All of a sudden, his problem was made mine. Don't use them if you want a job done on time. And don't expect an apology from anyone. There are some terrible service providers in this area but P&M takes the cake!
