I would have given 5 stars for the entertainment and fun however I paid for me and my daughter to race with a group of friends. She decided not to race and they gave me a gift certificate instead of a refund. I explained that this wouldn't cut it as we were heading back to Hawkes bay but the chap behind the counter was happy to take negative feedback rather than refund even when I pointed out that he'd take in thousands over the day and he was haggling over 50. An extremely disappointing finish to what had been a great time on the track.

I had a really g8 time.first time doing pro karts.had such fun.i will be doing it again.it was a really good team building

It was a beautiful day being there, but the only thing disappointed me, my friend and her daughter as we were wearing scarf, after we paid for the Karts with our 4 kids, the man told us we r not allowed to drive them till we took of our scarfs, which we can't as it's part from our religion, but he was kind and I know nothing was personal he just doing his job, but the people who is in the reception for the payment should know that and telling us before we pay. But other than than that all the stuff were so kind and friendly. We had an awesome day. Thanks to everyone
